Self-serve membership, working groups & member services

  • Join online: every paid tier (and Liaison) can now join directly at /join — account, 7-day trial, and annual-dues invoice in one step, payable online by card or bank transfer. Founding Member remains arranged directly.
  • Invoice and receipt emails: your dues invoice arrives by email the moment you join, and payment triggers an immediate receipt confirming your membership is active.
  • Contact page: a real contact form at /contact — every message is acknowledged by email and answered by a person.
  • Working groups (SIGs): pick the working groups that interest you when joining or requesting to join; selections drive which updates you receive and which directories you appear in.
  • Member directory: signed-in members can browse the people and organizations building the standard at /members, filterable by working group.
  • Newsletter archive: past Alliance newsletters live at /newsletters for members.
  • Newsletters: Alliance updates can now be sent by working-group segment, every one carrying a one-click unsubscribe.
  • Email delivery tracking: delivery, bounce, and complaint status is now tracked for every email the Alliance sends.
  • Automatic renewals: reminders at 60, 30, and 7 days before your term ends, the renewal invoice issued a month out, and a grace period before any access change.
