Companies, universities, national labs, government personnel, and standards bodies all have a seat. Annual dues fund the Alliance's operations; founding capital and in-kind equipment fund the pilot.
Plus a ~$3M founding-capital commitment. The class closes at $30M (≈10 founders).
A government agency that wants to fund the Alliance typically does so through a grant or cooperative agreement (DOE, ARPA-E), an Other Transaction Agreement, or — when procuring a specific deliverable — a FAR-based contract, rather than membership dues. Individual government employees are welcome as Individual members. Talk to us about sponsorship →
