How we collect, use, and protect your information. Last updated June 2026.
This policy explains how the Direct Power Alliance ("the Alliance," "we") handles personal information collected through directpoweralliance.org. The Alliance is a neutral consortium in formation, instigated by ISS Mining; this notice will be updated as the entity is formally established.
Membership and announcement emails include a way to unsubscribe, and you may opt out at any time by emailing [email protected]. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.
We use an essential session cookie to keep you signed in and an anonymous identifier to measure site usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the site — our email provider (Resend) and our hosting and content-delivery providers — and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your information, or to object to certain processing (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA). To exercise any of these, email [email protected].
We keep personal information for as long as needed to operate the Alliance and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. The site is operated from the United States, so your information may be processed there.
The site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
We may update this policy and will revise the date above. Questions or requests: [email protected]. A postal mailing address will be added once the Alliance is incorporated.
